Taco Bar Sweet Potatoes 


 

Ingredients

  • Bako Sweet Potatoes

  • Protein: chicken, beef, beans

  • Veggies: corn, peppers, tomatoes

  • Fats: cheese, avocado, plain Greek yogurt

  • Flavor: cilantro, hot sauce, pickled onions

 

Directions

Simply steam a Single Sweet (they even look like little footballs!). While it’s hot, carefully cut in half then add toppings of your choice, like the ones listed above.
