Taco Bar Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
Protein: chicken, beef, beans
Veggies: corn, peppers, tomatoes
Fats: cheese, avocado, plain Greek yogurt
Flavor: cilantro, hot sauce, pickled onions
Directions
Simply steam a Single Sweet (they even look like little footballs!). While it’s hot, carefully cut in half then add toppings of your choice, like the ones listed above.
